This is what happens when you eat chocolate and pizza and crap for days and don't move. Well, this is what happens when I do it. I think it's pretty much guaranteed that I lose this week. How did you do, peeps? I'll let you know what happens when the Troublemaker checks in.

Uh, yeah, I went to NY and gained 5 pounds. But that's ok. I only had a few days on Atkins before I left, so I pretty much knew it was going to go that way. I'm back on it today. Here's to a better week!

Today's weigh-in: 154.0
Weight loss: -2.4 lbs!!!!

Yay me! That's 3 lbs in 9 days. I'm so excited. Plus, in an effort to give up the canful of chemicals, I have gone 7 days without diet soda of any kind. Didn't think I could do it, but after day 3, it's not so bad!

YAY YOU YAHR! That is so fantastic. And I'm glad you're doing well without the diet soda. I wanted to give up coffee or whatever, but that doesn't work on my current schedule.

Have you been following any specific kind of diet?

Nah, no "diet". I don't do diets very well. I'm just trying to eat less of what I like and walk or treadmill 5 days a week. It's easier now that it's nice out. I find that without the soda, I don't want the things that go with it, like crackers or other snacks, so that helps!
