Look, I appear to have given up at some point during this process. This week I'm going to try and get back on board. You all help me so much by talking to me and telling me how you're doing. Don't disappear!

I lost 10 in the first two weeks of Atkins and felt fantastic. And some of my clothes fit again! Now I've gained about four. But only because I EAT CRAP AND DON'T EXERCIZE.
I'm travelling and weak and hoping to get back on the horse when I get back tomorrow night, or possibly before then if I can grow a spine.
We're going to be fine. And remember regardless of what happens Krissy, you are so, so pretty. So try to lay off the body hate and spork wielding and remember how pretty you are!

I'm back on the wagon. Why the wagon can't be made of pizza and chocalate is some sort of cruel joke, but when I went out an bought a swim suit that covers MORE than the one I already spent way too much money on last year for our 5 days in California, I knew it was time to eat more lettuce. Just call me a beached whale...

Ugh, don't say "swimsuit." Bad word.

I have maintained... well, maybe even gained half a pound... and have not measured since the first time. Which I never posted.

BUT! I have worked out a consistent 3 times a week, 2 weeks in a row.

I'd say it all cancels out to net approximately nothing. :)
